【国旗下演讲】 沉心静气,厚积薄发

2020届6班  班主任：李现振

敬爱的老师、亲爱的同学们：

大家早上好。今天我们演讲的题目是：沉心静气，厚积薄发。

期中考试刚刚过去，但它的余威犹未散去。得知成绩的我们，有的兴奋雀跃，有的灰心丧气，有的忘了方向，有的失了远方，一颗心再也静不下来。

学习譬如战争，旗开得胜，落败而逃，时有发生，但不论结果如何，哭哭啼啼、得意忘形却是要不得的。【孙子兵法】云：胜，不妄喜；败，不遑馁；胸有惊雷而面如平湖者，可拜上将军。可见沉得住，静下心才是做事的大智慧，才能厚积而薄发。

当你赢得成功时，请不要洋洋得意，一定要记得韬光养晦，准备突破下一个城池，思量思量自己的不足，反思反思自己的差距，这次的进步和胜利是建立在自己上一个时期的字斟句酌，上一个时段的用心付出，任何人都没有平白无故的成功，最重要的是一如既往，甚至加倍努力，让这势如破竹，披荆斩棘的豪气在下一个阶段继续延续。

当你经历失败时，请不要随便放弃，一定要记得忍辱负重，修炼静气，或许我们练不出张赵的武艺，也没有刘备的皇室血统，更达不到诸葛亮的神机妙算，但我们可以修炼出司马懿的坚韧和静气。

一国之君越王卧薪尝胆十年之久，终究厚积薄发，“三千越甲可吞吴”，美好的收获，总要沉住气，脚踏实地地一步步去干，才能步步为营。

朋友们，收起你一时的兴起，收起你一时的颓丧，让自己的心性像静水一样流深，让自己的力量喷薄出最璀璨的荣光!

Good morning.Today our topic is: Calm,thick and thin

The mid-term examination passed just now,but its remaining influence didn’t drop away.When we knew our score,some were excited,some were discouraged,some lost the way,some missed the future,a heart couldn’t keep calm.

Learning like war,win victory in the first battle or be failed,it always happens,but no matter how the result likes,never be endlessly weep and wail or get carried away.Sun ZI War craft says:Wins,is not false;Failure[ˈfeɪljə(r)],riches boast about;You can worship a general if you have thunder in your chest and face like a lake.Therefore, it is the great wisdom of doing things,

When you achieved success，please don’t be complacent.You must keep your head down,prepare to break though the next level,think about our own weakness,reflection the difference between yourselves and others.The progress and victory of this time is based on weighing every word and working hard in the last time,no one succeeds for no reason at all.And the most important thing is still as always,even be more hard-working,let the heroism ['herəʊɪz(ə)m] like splitting a bamboo continue in the next section.

When you go though failure,please don’t give up，remember to be  patient.Maybe we can’t practice Zhang Zhao’s martial arts, we don’t have Liubei’s royal blood and we can’t reach Zhuge Liang’s wonderful foresight,but we can practice the tenacity and static gas of Sima YI.

The king of a country endured hardships for ten years,and he was thick and thin in the end.Three thousand soldiers can beat the Wu,the good harvest, always be calm, down-to-earth a little to do, can step by step.

My friends,put away your momentary whim and despair,let our heart be as deep as still water,let your power shine the brightest glory.
