尊敬的各位领导、亲爱的老师和同学们：

大家早上好！今天我们演讲的题目是《播种习惯收获成功》。

播种行为，收获习惯；播种习惯，收获性格；播种性格，收获命运。最终你将收获成败。我们知道，想要成功，须有机会，而机会只留给有准备的人，良好的习惯正是在为机遇准备条件。“一种行为只有坚持二十一天才会形成稳定的习惯。”这一点广为人知，但一种行为坚持1天容易，3天容易，21天就需要我们持之以恒的意志了。而同时，我们不难发现，那些所谓成功人士，都具有持之以恒、坚持不懈的品质，正是这种品质，令他们养成了使自己走向成功之路的优秀习惯。

新东方教育集团创始人之一的俞敏洪先生，曾提到自己背单词的经历：他的英语从小就不是很好，因此他需要比别人多付出千百倍的努力。“我直到现在，仍坚持每天背5个单词，手机上装有好几个单词软件。这件事我从小坚持，已经成为习惯。无论多忙，我都不曾放弃。”他这么说道。

俞敏洪先生身上发生的巨大变化，正是从最初播种并坚持那个细微的习惯开始的。

今年是我国的70华诞。国庆在即，我国也在积极筹备一系列庆祝活动，其中就包括阅兵。近日，军人阅兵训练的视频曝光，不难看出，即使正式阅兵还有近一个月，他们的展示就已经堪称完美。许多人赞叹：军人太帅了！这才是我中华的门面！但这些人又是否知道，这荣耀的背后，正是每一日习惯的积累。尺子量出的75cm步幅，秒表卡出的每步步速，习惯使他们每一步迈出分毫不差。每日四、五小时的军姿，腿间夹着扑克牌，习惯使他们头正肩平，昂首挺胸。习惯可以给他们肌肉记忆，习惯可以造就精彩绝伦的表演，习惯虽小，但积累起来具有无穷的力量。可以改变的不仅有站姿，步幅，还可以改变一个人。同学们，七年级我们立规上路，习惯的种子已然播下。那么现在身为八年级的我们能否上课时认真专注，思路紧跟老师？

能否做到入班即静，入座即学？能否在学习时举一反三，及时巩固？若能把这一个个习惯持之以恒的做下去，日积月累便能聚沙成塔，集腋成裘。如同大楼，只有一砖一瓦的累积，才有高耸入云的壮丽；如同春蚕，只有一丝一缕的坚持，才有破茧而出的希望。而我们只有一点一滴的努力，才能走向光明的未来。播种习惯，收获成功，一个好习惯会让我们一生受益。路漫漫其修远兮，吾辈上下而求索。在奔向成功的道路上，良好的习惯便会成为我们的一盏指明灯，引领着怀揣梦想的我们，奔向辉煌！

Good habitslead to success

Behaviors lead to habits,habits lead to characters ,characters lead to fates.At last,you’ll succeed or fail.

We know:Success needs chances.However,chances are onlyfor those people who are ready.Good habits are making preparations foropportunities. As we all know, a behavior can be a steady habit only if youinsist on it at least for 21 days. It's easy to keep it for one day, three days,but keeping it for 21 days needs a continuous will.

It'snot hard for us to find,people who are successful have a spirit of never givingup. And because of this spirit,make them get a good habit which help them to besuccessful.

One of the organizers of New Oriental educationgroup,Yu Minghong, talked bout the experience of remembering words. He was badat English at first,so he had to be more hard working than others.

“I've kept on remembering 5 words since always. There are quite a fewwords APPs  on my mobile phone. I startedthis when I was a child, and it has become a habit. No matter how busy I usedto and I am, I haven't given up.”he said.The great changes on Yu Minhong,arejust because he has started and persist that tiny habit from the biginning.

This year is the 70th birthday of our motherland.TheNational day is comingwe are preparing the series of activities for thecelebration. The military parade is one of them. These days, videos about thetraining of the military parade has been put on the Internet.Even there's stillalmost a month, soldier's performance is perfect. Many people aresurprised:these soldiers are so handsome. This is what China should be like!Butthey dont know, behind this honor,it's the accumulation of the daily habit. Thedistance of the step is 75 cm. Stopwatch, read the step speed,habit make eachstep precise.They stand for 4 to 5 hours everyday with the card nipped betweentheir legs tightly.Habits make them standing straight at in high spirit.

Habitscan memory their body, habits can make a wonderful performance, even it'slittle.But if we accumulate them,we will make endless power. It can not onlychange the standing,step distance, but also can change a man.

Schoolmates, we have already developed the goodhabits.Then, as a student of Grade 8, can we focus on teachers closely inclass?

Canbe quite when entering the classroom, start to study when sitting on thechair?Can we draw inferences about cases from one instance,  consolidation and review on time?

Ifwe can develop this habits continuously, accumulate day by day, we can make abig difference to our life.Like buildings, only brick by brick,we can build itvery high. Like silkworms,only persisting little by little, it'll have the hopeof becoming a butterfly.For us,only with hard work, we will have the hope ofmeeting a bright future. Develop a habit,and you'll succeed. A good habit willbenefit us all the time.The way to get profoud knowledge and grand morality isso far that we will search them from the paradise to hell whole heardly.On theway to success,  good habits will be alight, lead us with dreams to the honor!
