【国旗下演讲】播种习惯，收获成功

敬爱的老师、同学们：

大家好！今天，我们的演讲题目是《播种习惯，收获成功》。

常言说“播种一种习惯，收获一种成功”。由此可见，习惯的培养是成功的决定因素之一。

那么，究竟什么是习惯？习惯就是长期养成的不易改变的动作、生活方式等。习惯的力量是强大的，好的习惯会让你越来越好，坏的则会阻碍你前进的步伐。没有哪个人一身恶习就跨进成功的大门。那些成功的人，尽管不能说全身挑不出一个缺点，毕竟金无足赤，人无完人，可是你在他们身上一定能看到无数的闪光点。

根据科学研究表明养成一个习惯需要21天，但需要连续不断地坚持。要想养成好习惯，首先要克制自己。比如，要培养每天记10各单词的习惯，就必须坚持让自己每一天都做到。倘若这时有人拉你出去玩，你一定要像一座山一般岿然不动。如此坚持下去，几周之后你就会发现，一天不背单词就感觉不踏实，好像有什么事情没做一样。其次，要改正自己的坏习惯，这固然重要，贵在坚持，循序渐进，数周后，你就会发现自己化茧成蝶了。这就是好习惯的培养过程。

习惯的培养是个漫长的过程，难免困难重重，但好习惯养成的过程也是你日臻完善自己的过程。喜悦正是在于付出后的收获，坚持在你的人生路上播种下好习惯的种子，待到收获时，一定是累累成功的硕果！

Good morning, everyone! The topic we are going to deal with today is “a good habit leads to great success.”

It’s common for us to see that the successful people in the world have one thing in common. They all live and learn with good habits. Therefore, a good habit plays the most important part in success.

Habit is ways of living, learning and working. It is formed in a long term and difficult for one to change. Habit can have a great influence on our life. Whether or not one can be successful greatly depends on his or her habits. Success never visits the man with bad habits. No one is perfect; countless shines can be seen on the successful although they have some disadvantages.

Studies show that it takes 21 days to develop a habit. To develop a good habit needs a long term insistence. Therefore, being strict with ourselves is necessary to develop a good habit. Then, we should correct our bad habits. Great progress will be made after a long term insistence even though it is hard for us at the very first. And these are the procedure of cultivating good habits.

Every one will become better and better in this process. With the help of those good habits, we will harvest great success in the future life.
