【国旗下演讲】细节处，见成败

一朵花，并不知道自己的魅力，而百花的鲜美则装扮了整个世界；一棵树，并不认识自己的粗壮，而万木成森则撑起一片绿荫。微小的总是不起眼的。“一花一世界，一树一菩提。”而在英国民间流传着这样一首歌谣：缺了一枚铁钉，掉了一只马掌。掉了一只马掌，失去一匹战马。失去一匹战马，损了一位将军。损了一位将军，丢了一次战斗。丢了一次战斗，输了一次战役。输了一次战役，毁了一个王朝。可见，不注意细节，就有可能无以成大事。

小事不能小看，细节方显魅力。以认真的态度做好生活和学习上的每一件小事，只有小事做好了，才能创造出最大价值。“以管窥豹，可见一斑”。我们往往可以从生活中的一些微不足道的小事洞察秋毫，从而感悟到一个人的内在精神。哲学家笛卡尔把人比作“会思考的芦苇”，那么大家是否思考过自己做人做事、生活学习中的各种小事呢？一篇百十字的英语课文默写，一个单词拼写错误是细节的疏忽；一首七言律诗，默写出现一个错别字，是细节的疏忽；数学、物理运算出现零点零一的差距，也是细节的疏忽。而如此多的细节积沙成塔，就是我们不能走向卓越，不能做到的优秀的根源。

细微之处见成败，把握细微，也许你就是那黑马，悠然驰骋万里。

Small things cant look down upon, details show charm. With serious attitude to do every little thing of life and learning, only small things done, to create the  greatest  value. "Observation to leopard, can be seen". We can often from some of the little things in life, aware, and feeling to a persons inner spirit. The  philosopher  Rene Descartes compare people to"thinking reed", so whether you thought about my life work, to study the various affairs? A cross English text write, a word spelling mistakes is details negligence; A books, write a wrong character, is the details of the negligence; Mathematics, physics, computing the gap of zero point zero one can be neglect of the details. And so many details of the sand into the tower, that is, we cant excellence, cannot do the root cause of good.

Subtleties see success or failure, grasp the subtle, maybe you are the dark horse, carefree run thousands of miles.
