【国旗下演讲】 规范言行，美化心灵

敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们： 

大家早上好！今天我演讲的题目是《规范言行，美化心灵》。

伴随着雄壮嘹亮的国歌，我们又迎来了新的一周。我想问问同学们：刚才升旗的时候，你有严肃而认真地向国旗敬礼吗？你有满怀敬意高唱国歌吗？在课堂上，你会随意打断别人讲话、打扰他人学习吗？在校园里你会在没人的时候随地吐痰或乱扔垃圾吗?在生活中你做错事会诚恳地道歉吗？ 

有的同学可能会想：问这些小事干嘛？千万不要把这些看作是小事，俗话说：勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为。

我们的一言一行，正如一面镜子，无时无刻不在映射我们的心灵，国有国法、校有校规，我们每一个同学，在学校要成为合格的中学生，最基本的就应该遵守《中学生日常行为规范》，规范自己的言行，美化我们的心灵，让自己成为一名更优秀的郑外学子。

运动会虽然已落下帷幕并被我们珍藏进青春回忆的抽屉，但朱红的跑道上随处可见的塑料瓶、汽水瓶，无不成为我回忆中痛心的一抹风景。

子曰：“君子欲讷于言而敏于行”。  判断一个人，要 “ 听其言而观其行”，言行是我们修养自身美德的重要内容和途径。

做为一名郑外的学生，言行文明是我们对自己最基本的要求。路上相遇时会心微笑是无声之言；同学有难时热情帮助是关爱之行；平时与人相处时亲切待人是礼貌之行；见到师长热情问好是尊敬之行；不小心撞到对方及时道歉是文明之行；看到垃圾随手捡起是责任之行；上、下楼梯时慢步、轻声、靠右行是公德之行；和同学和睦相处是团结之行，我们的一言一行无不彰显着我们的品质和修养。

言文明之语，行文明之事，做文明之人。当然，养成良好的行为习惯，做一个文明的人，离不开老师的教导和同学的帮助，更需要我们严格要求自己，规范自己的言行。

 “播种一种行为，收获一种习惯；播种一种习惯，收获一种性格；播种一种性格，收获一种命运。” 让我们从小事做起，从今天做起，热爱学习，热爱劳动，讲究卫生，爱护环境，文明礼貌，以更加规范的言行来净化我们的校园，美化我们的心灵。

Dear teachers and schoolmates:

    Good morning! Today our topic is Regulate our words and deeds, beautify our spirit.

    Along with the majestic National Anthem, we ushered in a new week. My fellow students, I want to ask you some questions. Did you salute the national flag solemnly during the ceremony? Did you sing the national anthem with great respect? Will you interrupt others freely in class when they are talking or learning? Will you spit or throw rubbish on campus when there’s no one nearby? Will you apologize sincerely when you do something wrong in your life? Some students may wonder why I ask so. As the saying goes, No good deed is too small. Our words and behavior, just as a mirror, can reflect our spirit at any time.

    Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards. Therefore, as a student, we’re supposed to observe the Code of the Daily Behavior for Middle School Students, which can lead us to be more outstanding students of Zhengzhou Foreign Language Middle School.

    Although the sports meeting has come to an end and become our precious memory, the plastic bottles and soda bottles, which can be seen everywhere on the running track, make me very sad. Confucius once said, The gentleman is hesitant in speech but sharp in action. To judge a person, we should listen to what he says and observe what he does, which is an important way of improving our own virtue. As a student of Zhengzhou Foreign Language Middle School, it is a basic requirement for us to have good manners. Smile with our heart when meeting someone on the way. Give our schoolmates a hand when they’re in trouble. Treat others kindly when dealing with them. Greet out teachers warmly when meeting them. Apologize immediately when bumping into others accidentally. Pick up rubbish on the playground when seeing it. Keep slow, soft and right when using the staircase. Get along well with our classmates at school. Our words and behavior can reveal our character and accomplishments. Thus, say civilized words, do civilized things and be civilized person.

    Of course, to develop good habits and become a civilized person, we not only need our teachers’ guidance and help, but also should be strict with ourselves. “Sow an action, you’ll harvest a habit. Sow a habit, you’ll harvest a character. Sow a character, you’ll harvest a destiny.” Let’s take action from trifles and start from today, love studying and labor, pay attention to hygiene, protect the environment and be polite. Let’s use more standard words and deeds to purify our campus and beautify our spirit.
