【国旗下演讲】 沟通与倾听

 尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：

   大家早上好。今天我们演讲的题目是：沟通与倾听。

   沟通是理解的彼岸，倾听是沟通的港湾。日常生活中，沟通与倾听无处不在。从陌生到相知，从相知到熟悉，其间难道不需要沟通与倾听吗？

    沟通是一缕春风，将绿色播种进我们的心田。当我们受到他人误解时，你会怎么做？是将委屈埋在心里，还是与其大吵一通？正确的做法应是：积极主动地与之交流沟通。沟通应该从心开始，从真诚开始。虚伪的沟通只会加大与他人之间的隔阂，而真诚的沟通才能带来更用心的倾听。

    如果沟通是一缕春风，那么倾听将是一汪春水。它会柔和地滋润你的心灵，消除心中的误解。当你的挚友找你说悄悄话时，你是否愿意放下手中的事情，忘记心中的不快，去倾听他的感受？当你的老师放下手中的事务，用心的与你交谈，你是否愿意放下你的固执，去体会他的良苦用心？真挚的倾听是用心灵感受的，如果忘记了如何去倾听时，那么你的世界将会变得空洞无彩。

     沟通与倾听密不可分，它们是我们生活中必不可少的一部分。有了沟通的语言和倾听的心，我们在学习和生活上才会有更大的进步，拥有更真诚的相处关系，才能成就更美好的未来。

    Communication is the destination of understanding and listening is the habour of communication. In our daily life, communication and listening are everywhere. From strangers to classmates, from classmates to friends, communication and listening play an important role in this process.

    Communication is like a ray of spring, which can plant the seeds of green plants into our heart. What will you do when you are misunderstood by the others? Will you bury your grievances in your heart? Or will you choose to have a fight with someone? Here is the right choice: You need to make active communication. And communication should start from the inner side of your body with your sincere heart. The untruthful communication can only widen the gap between you and me. So it is only the truthful communication that can bring attentive listening.    

    If communication is a wisp of spring breeze, listening will be a stream of spring water. It will moisten your heart softly and eliminate your misunderstanding in your heart. When your friend are having secret conversations with you, would you mind putting aside your book to talk with him or to feel his heart? When your teacher communicates with you about your study without thinking about his own business , would you mind being gentle and polite enough to listen to him? Sincere listening will be felt by your heart or the world will become empty and pale when you forget to learn to listen.

    Communication and listening are inseparable, because they are essential parts in our lives. With communication and listening, we can make much progress both in our life and our study. And we can achieve a better future by getting along with others whole-heartedly.
