尊敬的各位领导、亲爱的老师和同学们：

    大家早上好！今天我们演讲的题目是《青春·奋斗》。

在外语艺术节上老师们朗诵的《青春》给我们留下来深刻的印象。还记得里面有这样一句话：“青春不是年华，而是心境；青春不是桃面、红唇、柔膝，而是坚强的意志、恢弘的想象、炽热的情感。”

的确，青春不应是易碎的玻璃，而是一种来自于生命涌动的力量。而这种来自于根部的、向上的力量必须通过奋斗来实现。那么我们应该在青春的岁月中如何奋斗？

首先，我们要立远大之志向。

清代学者金缨说过：“志之所趋，无远勿届，穷山距海，不能限也。志之所向，无坚不入，锐兵精甲，不能御也。”讲得就是一个人如果有远大的志向，就可以无坚不摧、无往不利的意思。可见在奋斗的过程中，远大目标的重要性。

其次，我们要担应有之责任。

我们正处于学习的黄金时期，应该把学习作为青春的首要任务，理应“书生意气，挥斥方遒”，把学习作为一种责任、一种精神追求、一种生活方式。让勤奋学习成为青春远航的动力，让大的格局成为青春搏击的能量。莫要每天浑浑噩噩，逃避责任。青春的底色应是生机勃勃的，而非苍白无力的。因为我们的青春需要奋斗，无奋斗，不青春。

最后，要凝不屈之意志。

在奋斗的旅程中，难免荆棘满布、苦难重重，但我们要始终保持初生牛犊不怕虎的劲头，不懂就学，不会就练，敢于迎难而上，坚决不做青春的看客、过客。青春不息，奋斗不止。

同学们，就让我们以奋斗和担当写下青春最美的诗歌，用心去歌唱、用心去践行，让我们在这青春的岁月中留下无悔的回忆。青春的我们奋斗在路上，加油！

Youth and Striving

Hornorable teachers, dear schoolmates,

 Good morning! Today our topic is Youth and Striving.

It’s impressive for us to appreciate the poetry  recitation Youth on the Foreign language and culture festival.I still remember one of the sentences ‘The youth is not a period but a spirit.The youth is not pink faces,red lips or soft knees but strong willings,tremendous imagination and passionate feelings.’

 That’s true, the youth shouldn’t be breakable glass but a kind of strength from a surge of life.And this sort of positive power must be achieved by striving.So, what should we do to strive in the period of youth?

Initially,we should have soaring ambition.

Jin Ying,a scholar in Qing Dynasty once said,’We can be there once we have the dream,even the moutains and oceans cannot stop us.We will so strong that nothing can hurt us, even the shap weapons if we have the determination.’ That means once a man have the soaring ambition,he will be all conquering and succeed at whatever he does.From that,we can realize the importance of soaring ambition during striving.

Then, we should shoulder the responsibility that we have.

We are in the golden period of studying and we shouls regard it as the most essencial task in our youth.And we should fill oueselves with enthusiam,and do everything vigourously.We should  be aware that learning is our duty,pursuits and lifestyle.Make studying hard a motivation to sail.Let a great layout be the energy to fight.Don’t muddle away our day and want to run away from responsibility.THe undercoat of the youth should be energetic instead of pale and powerless.Youth can’t be named as youth without striving.

At last,we should crystallize ourunyielding spirit.

On the journey of the striving,it is common to have lots of difficulties.But we should be fearless like the newborn calves,and we should never stop learning and practising no matter how tough it is!Don’t spend our youth so easily just be a passer-by,We should never stop striving until our last breath.

My fellow schoolmates,ley’s write down the most baeutiful poetry of youth by striving.Let’s leave ourselves a memory without regrets when we are old.
