【国旗下演讲】 安全第一，生命是天

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：

    大家早上好！今天我们演讲的题目是：安全第一，生命是天。

    每天匆忙行走中，低头看一看脚下的花花草草，心头不免多了些淡淡的感动。他们如此渺小，如此卑微，尚且如此美丽，如此顽强的活着。我不懂花语，不懂鸟意，但我有一颗敬畏的心，我境外花香草绿，生命是每个人的财富，世界因有了生命而绚丽多彩，生机勃勃。

    生命是来之不易的，生命是短暂的，生命也是独一无二的。正因为生命是如此可贵，我们更应该积极培养安全意识。注意安全，就是善待和珍惜生命的一种有效途径。而在现实生活中，并非人人都具有安全意识。

    最近一段时间，连续发生了几起溺水事件，许多鲜活的生命转瞬即逝，令人痛惜。据调查显示，10个因意外伤害而死亡的青少年中，有6个都是因为溺水死亡的。当我们溺水时，2分钟后便会失去意识，4-6分钟后身体便遭受不可逆反的伤害。

    面对这些可怕的数字，我们夏天在游泳时应做到以下几点：

1.不要单独去游泳，我们应该和大人一起去。

2.当我们去游泳时，我们不应该太饿或太饱。饭后一小时才可以游泳。

3.如果我们觉得游泳池有问题，我们必须立即停止游泳并呼救。

4.当我们看到有人溺水时，我们应该喊救命，而不是自己动手。

同学们，我们是国家和民族的未来和希望，我们一定要珍惜青春，努力学习，共同担负起历史和时代的重任。

珍爱生命，远离溺水。让我们行动起来！

Safety first,life is a day

    Dear teachers and students,good morning.Today our topic is Safety first, life is a day.

    You will be moved by looking down flowers and grass at your feet.Even though they are so small and lovely, they still live with strong will.I can’t understand the expression ways of flowers and birds, but respect them.Life is a treasure for everyone.Without lives, our world wouldn’t be colorful, or full of vigor

    Life is hard,short and unique.And because of its preciousness,we should improve our safety awareness.

    Keeping safe is an effective way of respecting and cherishing life.However ,in real life,not all the people have the high security awareness.

    It’s a pity that lately many living lives were lost.

    We would be out of consciousness, two minutes later once we were drowned .What’s more,we would be badly hurt in four or six minutes.

    So we should obey the following advice to avoid the damage.

    First,do not go swimming alone,we should go with adults.

    Second,when we go swimming ,we shouldn’t be too hungry or too full.We can go an hour after meal.

    Third,if we feel something wrong in the swimming pool,we must stop swimming and call for help immediately.

    Fourth,when we see someone drowning,we are supposed to shout for help instead of doing it by ourselves.

    My dear,in the future of China and the Chinese nation,we must cherish lives,especially youth.Study hard and shoulder responsibilities of history and times.
